WHAT IS MORROCAN ARGAN OIL?

Moroccan argan oil is a carrier oil pressed from the kernels of the Argania Spinosa tree, which grows in the south-western region of Morocco. The nuts are cracked, the kernels are removed and then cold-pressed into oil, without steam distillation or solvent extraction. Our oil is then deodorised, which reduces the natural nutty scent while keeping the oil intact.

In the end, you get a golden-yellow oil that is roughly 80% to 90% unsaturated fatty acids, mainly oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids, along with vitamin E and plant sterols. Those fatty acids make it a conditioning, emollient carrier oil for skincare and hair care, and its low comedogenic rating means it works across most skin types.
