Deliveries Within Australia
We have a contract with Australia Post using their eParcel system. For cartons weighing less than 22kg, we will use eParcel as the standard service. This Standard Service is by road freight. For cartons that weigh more than 22kg, we'll use our nominated courier. Which courier we use will depend on whether they service your area or not.
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and will depend on the delivery postcode as well as the total weight of your order.
Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses is subject to a return-to-sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel.

Allow 2-3 business days lead time for packing and processing before dispatch. Note that Express shipping will still need a lead time of 2-3 business days to be completed before dispatch.
Shipping times will increase during peak periods, especially during the Christmas and New Year period.

Deliveries Outside Australia
Our website will calculate the shipping costs based on the destination country as well as the total weight of your order. There may be additional customs or local clearance charges that are applicable to the destination country. Please check your customs broker or agent for details of these charges. It is the customer's responsibility to check for their respective country's prohibitive items and whether or not such items will likely be cleared by their Customs Authority.
For delivery times, please contact us before placing an order. From time to time, parcels may be held up by your local Customs Department. We have no way of knowing how long your parcel will be held up - allow for a certain amount of Customs Clearance time in your shipping estimation.

We have a small number of products that are Class 3 flammable liquids and Class 9 dangerous goods. These products are not to be airfreighted and as such, are not available for delivery outside of Australia - this applies mainly to international orders.
