Even if you haven’t encountered a triggering scent in quite some time, but their impression is so enduring that when reencountered, they seem to always evoke such warm memories.

Today, scents have been widely used in countless industries. They are incorporated in many products such as perfumes, soaps, detergent powders, and candles. For instance, fruity or citrusy scents such as lime and lemon essential oil can be added to laundry recipes while earthy scents like sandalwood can be added to candles to create a rich, entrancing aroma.

The perfume industry is probably the greatest patron of scents as they continue to create fragrances that are not only pleasing but also distinctive and even provocative.

Try this simple yet luxurious scent that makes you a total stand out among your peers!

Ingredients:

• 10 mL roller bottle
• 6 drops of grapefruit essential oil
• 8 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
• 10 drops of vanilla oil (oleoresin)
• 10 drops of sweet almond oil
• Dried rose petals

Instruction:

• Mix all the essential oils in the 10 mL roller bottle. Add in 10 drops of sweet almond oil to dilute the essential oils. Then, fill the rest of the roller bottle with dried rose petals.
• Note: the quantities above won't fill up the entire roller bottle. To fill up, multiply each ingredient by 7 times.
