Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to request a refund or replacement (given stock availability and subject to management approval) by contacting us within 30 days from the time you receive the goods. 

Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Refund given will be for the cost of the item(s) not including the original postage paid when sent. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by us (a return label will be emailed to you) except for change of mind returns. 

For change of mind returns, we recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and provide a tracking number and that you pre pay for all postage costs. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. N-essentials will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
