Use Myrrh Oil for:

• Hair treatment – dilute with a regular hair oil, apply it on the scalp and the hair twice a week
• Shampoo – add 2-3 drops into a shampoo and use it every bathtime
• Skin care – blend 2-3 drops into a moisturiser or serum and apply it to the face
• Massage oil – mix a few drops in 30-50ml of carrier oil and massage on the skin
• Cosmetics applications – dilute with a carrier oil of choice then apply a few drops to a cotton swab and gently dab it onto enlarged pores, acne breakouts, blemishes, infections, sores, or wounds
• Foot lotion – blend 10 drops each of Myrrh, Frankincense, and Lemon essential oils with Fractionated Coconut Carrier Oil, apply and gently massage to the foot
• Foot bath – add 3-4 drops to a bowl of hot water to create a simple foot bath then soak up
