Wow! The reviews ain’t kiddin!! I’ve had aches and pains in the past from working out, & I’ve just had to grin and bear it in the days following. It comes with the territory, but it is not fun. Initially, I purchased a small bottle to assist my son with constipation, & thought ‘why not a bit on my acheing hammies’. Within a few short minutes I could feel its magic take effect. I suffer badly from tight shoulders and a sore neck, and this has helped quite a lot. I put this into a glass spray bottle, and spray it on before bed so it can soak in while I sleep. It's not greasy so you can put clothes on over the top straight after applying. I have found it tingles a little bit after application, but this is completely normal.

OMG does this stuff work or does it work. I suffer from cramps and restless legs which drive me crazy and stop me sleeping. I made an aches and pains salve with some added magnesium and it worked within 5 mins and I was fast asleep in no time. Its been a week since then and Im jumping out of bed in the morning, ok not exactly jumping but not limping would be closer to the truth

I put this oil into a glass spray bottle and give myself 4 sprays every few days. Doesn't matter where you spray it but I've found when I spray it on my stomach it seems to help with constipation. Good stuff!
