Benefits Of Aloe Vera Juice

Few raw ingredients are quite as versatile or valuable as aloe vera juice. Much like its counterpart, aloe vera gel, many people choose to incorporate this ingredient into their skin and hair care routines to improve their appearance.

Healthy, hydrated skin is a goal for many of us, and you’ve probably tried countless products in an attempt to achieve this appearance. If you’ve made the decision to create your own natural moisturiser, aloe vera may be an excellent addition to your recipe. Many people find that the ingredient absorbs into their skin easily to help reduce the appearance of dryness.

As is the case with any skincare product, it’s always a good idea to do a patch test before applying to your face or a large area of your body.

The skin is not the only area of the body that can benefit from aloe vera juice. Many people find that it makes an excellent natural hair care product. Whether you suffer from dry and damaged hair and are looking for a natural moisturiser or want to deep cleanse your scalp, aloe vera juice for hair is certainly an ingredient worth considering.

Caution: Not to be taken internally. Immediately consult a doctor if you do accidentally ingest the product.

Aloe Vera Juice And Aloe Vera Gel: What’s The Difference?

The aloe vera plant tends to be harnessed in two ways: to produce juice and gel. The gel can be found at the innermost part of the leaf and is clear and odourless. The juice, on the other hand, is the liquid that seeps out when a leaf is cut. It tends to have more of a yellow tinge to it and may smell bitter.

Apart from these differences, the obvious point that distinguishes aloe vera juice and aloe vera gel is consistency. As the name suggests, the gel tends to be quite thick, while the juice is a liquid. This difference may affect the types of ingredients you choose to combine aloe vera products with, depending on your intended purpose.

First time I used this product and love it more than any other aloe vera juice I use from else where. Will be ordering again for all my facial mists.

I used to spray this on my face everyday when I travelled overseas to Central America. When I sprayed it in the mornings, the aloe Vera felt light and refreshing, then when I would spray it in the evening- it would sooth my Sun soaked face and absorb easily.
